Steps I took:

  1. Ended up restarting explorer by task manager (Told by support)
  2. Tried DISM and SFC (Self)
  3. Disabled all Non-Microsoft services in MSCONFIG, rebooted, no error. (Told by support)
  4. Reenabled Non-Microsoft serives in MSCONFIG, rebooted, no error (Self/Support)

No error by end of timeline.

Hey all,

I've been plauged by problems on my install of Windows 10 1903.

Yesterday, used the Media Creation tool to "upgrade this PC", to try fix some of my problems (DISM not working, RDP Issues (in seperate thread).

One of them i've just encountered, is this error message (after reboot from RDP issues)

This is the first time I have seen it recently, and have not tried rebooting yet to see if it reappears.

I have a slight recollection of having this error before, but unsure how i fixed it.

Thanks for your help in advance
