Special Character Keypad

I'm looking for a keyboard or keypad under $40.

I want to type special characters like these ° ¢ Ʃ Δ £ ‽ © for work using a small programmable USB keypad but all I can find are number pads that aren't programmable or expensive crazy looking gaming macro things.
I can't code and don't want to have to memorize alt codes or install software that I'd have to open or go to a web page and copy paste I just want to tap a single key and have the symbol I want.

Being able to label the keys and have double the use by holding shift or something would be bonuses

There's a couple of ways to achieve what you're after, but I doubt you''ll be able to get that exact set of characters without using some extra software and doing some setup. LTT has 2 videos on how Taran made his macro/shortcut setup for editing I think it might help you.

but a corsair keyboard (i think any of them with iCUE support).

download their software, remap any key to anything. 

 

i think thats how it works. I dont have a corsair keyboard so idk
