why cant i connect with bluetooth devices

when i try to connect to my bluetooth speakers i cant, but when i open settings/devices/bluetooth & other devices. i see on every bluetooth device it says "driver error". can someone please help me as soon as possible. and sorry if this is in the wrong topic im new here

upgrade your bluetooth drivers, reboot PC, and then check for errors

i already tried that. I unninstalled the drivers and reinstalled them i downloaded the drivers from my computers manufacuruer website and tried to start the services. But none of that fixed my problem

Try to get an external bluetooth interface or PCI-e (or similar) bluetooth unit. Windows bluetooth just plain sucks.

 

Poor connectivity, low quality connection, unstable. It really sucks.

actually i dont know how to get that ut i think its because i use a laptop and dont want to damage it

But thanks for the sugesstions but the problem was i needed to disable something in startup settings
