AIO mounting location

Hello, i have an idea and i would like your opinion on it guys. 

I have a 240mm cpu radiator and was thinking of mounting it in the front of the case. By doing that, the intake air will get warmer, and the gpu temperature will increase. But since my case can mount 3 120mm fans up front i have thought of mounting my radiator at the top fan slots, the first two, and at the bottom i would leave one intake fan to get fresh air for the gpu. 

Would that cause any problems or would this be a nice mounting spot?

What you have in mind seems pretty standard.

That works fine but the graphics card would probably get better cooling if the rad at the top as exhaust instead.
