Potential upgrade list?

Hello all! I need some help choosing some parts. I currently play GTA 5, Project cars 2, Forza Horizon 4, BF1,3,4,5, Six Siege, SC2, L4D2, CSGO, and Flight sim. Here are the parts I'm deciding on:

GPU: RTX 2070 vs RTX 2060 Super vs used GTX 1070 (I'm seeing them for around $200 on craigslist. The reason why I put this is because my laptop has a 1070 Max-Q and it runs pretty much all my games at 144hz  on high.)

CPU: Ryzen 3700x vs Ryzen 3800x vs i7-9700K

I know these have minor to medium price differences, but I need a good upgrade this time. I'm still on my first build, which has an r9-390x and an i5-4690k. It's just too slow now. Yes, the games are on ssd's.

I plan on getting a 144hz monitor or a free sync monitor.

Other parts are already decided. Thanks for the input!
