Help! PC BSODing After Enabling XMP!!

So I just brought a new PC with 3200Mhz ram from Team Group. And after I enabled XMP profile in UEFI for the ram my computer BSODs every hour or so, consistently. I have not changed any thing on my PC other than enabling XMP. Can somebody tell me how to get rid of this?

BTW, Specs:

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600X

MBD: ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming

Memory: Team Group T-Force Vulcan Z 2x8 GB

GPU: Gigabyte RX 5700XT Founder's Edition Blower style

PSU: Gigabyte G750H

I would say that its either because XMP is more or less an intel thing, it might not be stable, but not a very rock solid answer. What you can do is to manually oc your ram. Run it a notch under the speed it claims its able to run at
