Desk Organization & Cable Management Help

Hello, So my set up is currently my computer and servers(3) in a cupboard with a kodi box in the condor and laptop on the top shelf with a network switch connecting to them all. and my main computer have cables running through my the back of my cupboard running to my Peripherals (2 monitors(dvi,dvi, and vga for connecting a kvm[plugged in the servers]), keyboard, mouse, speakers[aux], Headphones[usb],and a usb docking station and Webcam[usb], (wouldnt ,wouldn't mind options for more)) anyone got any ideas how to manage them.
