Trying to Get Something Portable Under 800 or So

So at first, I was thinking that since many laptops don't have the actual version of the graphics cards in them, I would make a portable desktop with a mini itx case, maybe the upcoming skyreach 4 mini, but the problem is that the build ends up always being over 1000 in price, that's without the cpu or gpu.

 

Do I have to go with a gaming laptop, or are there other potential options that I could look at?
