Intel Virtualization Technology Bug

I enabled Intel Virtual Technology on bios but still, can't run virtualization required software like MEmu, Nox and other android emulator programs. I'm on windows 10 1903, updated drivers and such. i3-4160, 8gb ram. Send help, please. Thanks.

On some systems you may need to turn on Vt-x (the CPU virtualization technology) on the CPU as well as the motherboard.

Be sure to ensure your specific applications do not require Vt-d and that Vt-x is actually running on your system.

Also ensure the features actually turned on, sometimes turning on flags in your BIOS do not actually do what you think they do
