Just reinstall the games

I got rid of one of the visual c++ 2013 and some advise i got was to uninstall all of them and then get the redistribution with did install but dose not seem to work sine i cannot play games like JC 3 or most on steam library 

any help is very areshated this is not a area of computing where i know what to do.
