Odd server behaviour

i have a dell r610 that will at like clock work at 1 am spin 4 fans up top almost full rpm every day. Now i have check to see if something is running at that time nope. i have updated all the firmware to latest for that model. and even moved the fans around in the system to see if it was maybe a fan controller gone nuts nope. 

Now it has also done it at random times during the day. Again no reason this time i took some screen shots of the temps and the fan speeds. As you can see there is no load on the cpu's but still those fans ramp up. The room is Air conditioned 

Right now current board temp is 26c

 

and i sit here typing this the 4 fans ramp up again.. its loud but hey its a server room.. but its puzzling for sure im thinking fans and that will be my next replacement. But its the consistent going off at 1 am that has me puzzled..
