RAM PARTS # difference

Hello i came across this 2 rams,spec wise they are both same CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX 16GB 2X8GB 3600MHZ CL16 CMK16GX4M2Z3600C18

and the other CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX 16GB 2X8GB 3600MHZ CL16 CMK16GX4M2B3600C18 the only difference is just the letter "B" and "Z" so the "Z" one is compatible with my prefered mobo msi b450 pro vdh plus and the "B" one is what the store near me instock and its not in the QVL are they the same???? what should i do?? and what is this ver 3.31 mean in the QVL?? thanks in advance.

could be different verification, but even if it's outside of the qvl, it'll work just fine

The v4.31 means it is Samsung b die ic's. If everything is the same spec wise (including ic, pcb, etc) and the only notable difference is that number, you won't have issues, even if they are different i doubt 3600mhz will be an issue.
