headphone hanger

so i bought a new set of hangers which will be coming in sometime this week a brand new audio technica bphs1 and a focusrite scarlett solo deck. love it but i want to find a way to be able to hook the headphones to my desk. i have a wooden top desk very thick and strong. i dont want a c clamp or those double sided adhesives. i want something that screws in place. any suggestions. preferably one with only one hanger and made of metal

trying to avoid using a stand as the desk is already pretty full but that does give me a good idea of looking for a metal single hanger and drilling for mounting screws
