How to sell computer?

I have a computer I want to sell on a website but their is a problem I was using windows inactivated and how am I gonna sell it so it has the windows setup screen when I sell it. I don’t want to buy a disc to include cause It doesn’t have a DVD drive I setup mine with USB. How can I make it so when the person boots it up it shows the windows setup screen?

If it is Windows 10 go into the settings and do a full reset after that u will boot into the windows 10 setup with the lovely cortana voice

Do I click on the option that says “do this if you want to recycle ur pc”

Only if u want to be extra save with ur old data on that pc (it takes alot longer cause it will format the hole drive instat of just deleting)
