I have an AMD a10-5800k with a 6670 1GB ddr3 setup running at the momemt. I bought the PC on a budget a few months ago and I am wondering if I should upgrade. I am wanting to play more games and recording minecraft is a bit more laggy.

I was thinking this card - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121642

Also if you know of a card that is better please let me know. Keep in less that $150 and AMD or Nvidia I don't care.

My Specs:

AMD A10 5800k  APU(Stock)

MSI FM2 A75E35 Mother Board

G.Skill Sniper Series 8GB at 1866

Corsair CX430 Builder Series PSU

Gigabyte Radeon 6670 1GB DDR3 (Running in Hybrid Crossfire aka Dual Graphics)

NZXT Source 210 Case

Note..

Please do not say that I could have got more Power getting a CPU and a discret GPU I was on a budget at the time. Thanks!!!

CPU Intel I7-4770k - Motherboard MSI G45 Gaming - RAM G.Skill Sniper Series 8GB !866MHz - GPU Sapphire Dual-x R9-270x Crossfire - Case Fractal Design R4 - Storage SSD-120GB Kingston HyperX 3K + HDD-500GB Western Digital Caviar Blue - PSU Corsair CX750 - Display Asus VH236H 23inch - Cooling Corsair H100i - Keyboard Razer Black Widow 2013 - Mouse Razer Death Adder 2013 - Sound Astro A40s - OS Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit

I would go as far and say you would be way happier spending a bit more than that...maybe get a gtx660 or r9 270x

the hd7770 is last gen low end technology. A good GPU will make you happy and if you've already been running that system for a while maybe you can hold out another month for the extra money

your apu will be able to handle any gpu, the bottlenecking issue only applies to old low end tech that is supposed to work with high end tech that is a few generations newer :)

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125455 - Radeon HD 7790 for $149 (minus S/H). It's basically two 7770s.

I doubt I could find a 7850 for a decent price, so that's my recommendation.

lol its not 2 7770's its a cut down 7850

Rig Specs:

AMD Threadripper 5990WX@4.8Ghz

Asus Zenith III Extreme

Asrock OC Formula 7970XTX Quadfire
