Crash/Freeze first time boot

Go to solution Solved by Excolm,

Solved, updated BIOS

So I’ve been sitting here for about 2 hours trying to find out what is wrong but to no success. I don’t know what’s wrong. This is a new build and I have a 16gb stick with Windows 10 “Install this on another computer” thing. I did enable launch csm but that didn’t work either.

Please help

Specs:
Asus rtx 2060 rog strix
Asus Rog strix z390-f gaming
I5-9600k
16gb Corsair Vegence 2666mhz
Samsung EVO 860 1T
EVGA BR 700W
Corsair Hydro H115i PRO RGB
And yes, it is a fresh install.

Forgot to mention that it freezes at that exact moment shown on the picture. When trying to boot the USB stick with Windows it didn't show up with that Windows logo, it just shows up ROG logo and freezes just like the picture. I think the picture is taken when it auto chose the boot drive and booted the Samsung drive with nothing on it with csm enabled.

EDIT: Forgot to mention a vital part of the story
