Resetting cmos

How do i reset cmos on b450tomahawk 

 

I would like a video due to me being stupid and too scared in case i break something

 

its because i need to do this as a last resort to try and update the mobo for my ryzen 3600

Pull out the battery on the mobo to reset CMOS. Although it wouldn't work for updating the BIOS for ryzen 3000
