Pc wont display after enabling virtualisation

After enabling virtualisation on my msi b350m mortar arctic my pc wont turn on properly. After power the computer turns in with no display but a red CPU problem led lights up. After 5 seconds the LED goes away and all the lights/fans in the pc go brighter/faster then the LED turns in again and this repeats. Has the BIOS bricked and is there any fix?
