Strange Gray Screen

Hello so since tommorow its like after i updated Java, sometimes when i open new tab on google or switch to another tab My whole Google Chrome goes gray and i can still hear sound. Also its happening on other apps like Discord , Email etc. Its like randomly when i open discord and than click to send PM to friend discord turns gray and than after couple secconds or when i minimize it and maximize it again it comes back to normal. 
p.s sorry for my bad eng im its not my main lang
