New found proxy server bug potential malware

[pls,help]

Was confused why headset mic not connected so I downloaded realtek audio driver and installed it but nothing happened so went through a lot of apps (bytedefender and driveasy) and downloaded in trying to fix the problems.

Yesterday encountered with the problem not connected to proxy server, was able to disable it sometimes before since this morning the settings is grayed out and it displayed "some settings are monitored by system administration"

I did all of the suggested solutions found online like deleting the registry but still won't work cause this is 127.0.0.1:6061 not 8080 around the place

Please help me, I'm never trusting anymore generic download sites ever.
