Budget: Im from Central Europe and budget is equivalent to 1000€ without monitor and Graphic Card. The budget is not tight, but I would like to have some value.
Monitors: Im using one 1440p and one 1080p.
Why: I have W3670 for games and heavy CPU workloads. The cpu is sufficient for my work stuff but it shows Gandalf white beard in gaming. So i would like to get better gaming performance. Better workload will come with the upgrade anyway.

3700x is tempting but im not sure if that small difference in games agains 3600 is worth it so here a go:

PCPartPicker Part List: https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/RkbGWD

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor  (€209.00 @ Alternate)
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 82.5 CFM CPU Cooler  (€87.79 @ Aquatuning)                       - (probably overkill for this cpu, but I think, I could use this one in my next upgrade)
Motherboard: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4 Motherboard  (€110.89 @ Alternate)          - ( no "plus" version yet)
Memory: Kingston HyperX Predator 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory  (€89.99 @ Amazon Deutschland)  -  might go for 2x16GB (btw G.skill 16GB 3200 14CL only for 234€ 8O)

GPU: I have 1080Ti FE from old PC so Im thinking about cooler change - Arctic Accelero Xtreme IV - 67€

Storage: Again, from old PC.
Power Supply: SeaSonic FOCUS Plus Gold 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply  (€92.99 @ Amazon Deutschland)

Case: Not sure here. I prefer good dust filters, NO led, glass panel rather not, good air flow if possible. I like the looks of Fractal R6 (I dont even mind big towers for example Define XL R2) but if there is some good bequiet or different case with price range of R6 i can go with it. ??€

Total: €590.66
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Now for the monitor: Current 1440p is grandpa, so Im looking for newer model. Im looking for 27”, 1440p, ideally 144Hz, free sync + g sync (not sure if my next upgrade will be team green or red) . Last time I checked - Gigabyte AD27QD. HW unboxed said that this monitor has not that good response time but I don’t have personal measurements.
Budget on monitor 500-600€

Thanks for your help.
