Is my gpu ok

I just got a brand new Sapphire 5700XT. After installing fresh version of Windows i expirienced first problem after installing the driver. The whole screen got Green. I restarted my pc and everything was fine. I decided to play rust for a bit. After 2 hours of gaming the card suddenly started ramping up the fans up and down(temp were steady at 60c(i changed the default fan curve)). After i downloaded rocket league but the game refused to start(gta v also). I then used ddu in safe mode but just when setup finished installing drivers for the 2nd time same thing happened. The green screen. I saw that was a common problem for 5700xt but what you are going to see now is not. All games started working again but rocket league crashed as soon as i hit play. I tried to run gta v which worked at about 0.01 fps. Also all textures were weird and there was minor artifacting. Then boom the whole sistem shuts down and powers on but no image. I tired to turn it on and off again and got back into gta v. But this time, there was a heavy, static, rattling, buzzing noise coming from my pc as soon as i left the michael house in gta v. The weird thing is that if i pause the game the noise dissapears and as soon as i unpause it appers again. I wont turn on my pc until tommorow when my neighbour comes to check it out and im too tired to try my old gpu. Is it, you know, dead

Meanwhile, i was looking to find more solutions on the internet and found a video that has the same sound coming from pc

In the official LTT review they briefly experienced what sounds like the same thing (shut downs, crashing games & cooling), maybe check that video out
