Need a new GPU

Hi!

For my personal way too cheap minecraft server project, I dusted two old (I mean 2000's) PC that I "combined" to make a viable server.

The only thing is that both of GPUs are not working. One don't fit in the case, and the other is dead. This is why I need a new one.

I can't take my old GT710, because it's a PCI-E interface, and I need a GPU with a AGP interface.

Do you have some recommendations for me? I also have 2 free PCI slots on the motherboard, if a GPU can fit in that port. I only need a graphics card that can display Windows, some programmation apps and my server's console. I have a budget of around 70$ CAD.

Thanks!

P.S.:

M-Board: Dell Dimension 4600

CPU: Intel Pentium 4 2.6 GHz

RAM: 2GB (4x512MB) DDR

PSU: 350W not modular (6 x Molex)

Case: Micro ATX

Just for precision, the old one is a NVidia GeForce 7600 (or 7800 I don't remember) GS
