Corsair pro rgb ram differences?

They currently have 3 set of pro rgb 3600 cl18 ram listed on their website.
1. CMW16GX4M2C3600C18 Timing 18-19-19-39. It said not compatible with Amd board but most people found it compatible. Known b-die.
2. CMW16GX4M2D3600C18 Timing 18-19-19-39. Compatible with Amd board.
3. CMW16GX4M2Z3600C18 Timing 18-22-22-42. Compatible with Amd board.

I suppose the 3rd one is the worst set. What are the difference between the 1st set and 2nd set? Is b-die and non b-die the only difference?

hmmmm, CL18 b-die for 16gig kits doesn't look right to me. B-die usually runs CL16 @ 3600

i looked for these corsair sticks on the b-die finder and it wasn't found

there is quite a big gap in price between the #1 and #2 eventhough they have the same timings. #1 is more expensive so it lends greater credence to #1 being b-die. I just didn't like the weird timings on them

I bought samsung b-die ram gSkill 2x8 ddr4 3200 CL14 that I'm running straight out of the box @ 3600 16-16-16 1.35 v. The b-die is amazing and I highly recommend it even if its a little more expensive

I actually read all reviews regarding the first kit (google translate could lead to misinformation). Its not a hard yes or hard no since it is a enough ram that can overlock as well as

b-die to a certain degree til it become unstable. It still overclock better than other non b-die.

According to this reddit post,

the Corsair vengeance RGB pro

CMW16GX4M2D3600C18 Timings are 18-22-22-42.

same with

CMW16GX4M2Z3600C18 Timing 18-22-22-42.

so in you guys opinion, which one is the better kit?? I don’t really understand all the “b-die” and “non b-die” talks. So I’m just looking for suggestions on which one should I buy??

i am planning to get a Ryzen 7 2700x with a rog strix b450-f motherboard.

Help appriciated, thanks in advance!! :)

I have the d kit mention above. Couldn't run XMP profile at first. Did a Bois update and the XMP profile now work. Do bios update at own risk and only of your confident on doing it.  Ran 3600 no problems.

I have a x570 asrock phantom 4 m/b

Can I mx #1 and #2
Upgrading my Custom build and it has (2 x 8GB) of #1 CMW16GX4M2C3600C18. Can't find anymore where I'm from, in fact the ones I have came from America, not going there anytime soon, but was wondering if I could buy of 2 the #2 (2 x 8GB) CMW16GX4M2D3600C18. Is it okay to mix them?
