Is this a decent overclock?

This is my first pc that can overclock. Did I do it right?
My specs:
CPU : Xeon W3570 (basically i7 960) OC @4GHz.
MOBO : GIGABYTE GA X58A-UD7
Ram:12 gb ddr3 1600mhz
I Did the overclock only by changing the multiplier, as it would crash instantly if I change BCLK.I have BCLK 133mhz and 30 multiplier, resulting in 4ghz (3.96).I only changed the Vcore voltage to 1.325v,because i'm only running the cpu at a higher frequency, and I left qpi link and everything else on auto.Temps are about 85°C on cpu(pretty toasty, I know) and the chipset is running pretty cool (I don't know exactly which is the chipset in open hardware monitor, but I have 3 different temperatures from 3 different sensors ,one is 70°C,one is 50,and the other one 40)
Is this decent? All the temeratures i'm stating are after 30 minutes of running aida 64.It doesn't crash at all
And also, I see the Vbat is 3.184v în open hardware monitor,is this too high? (Tbh I don't even know what vbat is )
You've OC'd a 3.2 ghz chip to 4 ghz, so that's a decent OC. As long as temps stay relatively sane at load and no crashes, you're probably okay. You may want to add additional cooling or upgrade your CPU cooler, if it's stock. As far as the voltages, I usually only play around with the vcore voltage. You can try lowering the vcore voltage which may help temps a bit and see how low you can bring it down and still maintain stability. Maybe try 1.3v and see if the temps go down a few degrees.
