Exotic Water Cooling

So I was recently recommended this video:

 

 

This got me thinking. I've seen bong coolers. I've seen phase change coolers. This thing seems like you could go sub-ambient without worrying too much about extra humidity frying your system. What do you think the best way to implement this system?

Sweet video. THANKS, I made an evap cooler for a pc about 9 years ago and learned alot. Going sub ambient with no worries is just making sure you never hit the dew point.
