BSOD on startup

I built a new computer recently and everything was going good. After a few months my computer started to crash every few hours. Then it started to crash every 5 minutes and now it crashes on startup and in safe mode. I brought it to the geek squad as a last resort and they said it's a motherboard or cpu problem. If anyone can help me in this situation I would be more than greatful. OS is Windows 10 Pro

What troubleshooting steps have you taken already?

We can't help unless you give us more information.

 

Here's a generic testing method, if one doesn't work move on to the next:

Clear CMOS

Reseat everything/clean everything

Clear all drivers

Install windows on a separate drive or reinstall windows on the same drive
