Thats perfectly stable. The 7870 is a good card for OCing. I have mine at 1250mV, +20%, 1200 on the core and 1400 on the memory. 100% stable. I know that every card is different, but you can definitely push that card more.

That quite a bit of voltage.

Not for the 7870

Guys the picture is gone now. It was an MSI afterburner screenshot. 1218mV, +20%, 11xx, 12xx (x's because I forgot...)

Nice OC yeah I found with my old 7870's I had to overvolt to get past 1050MHz, the extra PCIe power didn't help enough to drive higher core clocks, did help stabilize my memory clocks. I did manage 1250/1350Mhz  clocks with abit of extra voltage. 

AMD Ryzen 5900x, Nvidia RTX 3080 (MSI Gaming X-trio), ASrock X570 Extreme4, 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB @ 3200mhz CL16, Corsair MP600 1TB, Intel 660P 1TB, Corsair HX1000, Corsair 680x, Corsair H100i Platinum
