How to Port forward GENEXIS PLATINUM 4410

I have a platinum 4410, i searched the default IP portal but couldn't find any option for port forwarding. But when i contacted customer care they are saying the device support port forwarding. I want my Raspberry Pi (IP) to be public to access it from anywhere with net connectivity.
Any help is appreciated.
