6300 SAFE TEMPS

playing gr wildlands really pushes my pc and bottlenecks my cpu being that i have an rx 480 i know everyone says the 6300 shouldn't exceed 62 to 65c and i'm at 63 max is this safe or not i have it overclocked to 4.2 gigahertz and a little up on the voltage i know my voltage and cooler are good so please don't ask i just need to know if the temps are safe
