removing command running on start up

this isn't it as that doesnt exist, neither does cmd. However i have actually fixed it. It's set as a scheduled task so you have to locate it in there and delete it.

Start > "msconfig" > Then hop over to the "Startup" tab

 

Sort by "manufacturer" and you should find Thermaltake right there, or at least the .exe, then disable it. If it's not there, then try the "Services" tab, check "Hide all Microsoft Services" then disable it if it's here.
