Will a dark rock pro 4 fit inside this case, and will this cooler be good enough to overclock the 3700x?

However i'm to afraid of leaks from water coolers so i don't like them.

What are you looking for in a cooler? The DRP4 is great and most air cooling alternatives aren't going to perform much better. There are similar options that are often cheaper though.
