Help me optimize my setup

I'm trying to optimize my productivity setup. I have a macbook pro, ipad pro 12.9", a dell 49" ultrawide, and a tower PC. I want to take advantage of all of these devices at my desk. I have the physical space for it all, but what is the best arrangement? Should I use PBP in the ultrawide? Use the monitor with the macbook and remote into the PC? Wireless or wired peripherals? Tips for window management across both systems and the ultrawide?
