System randomly losing connectivity

I have an odd issue that I have no idea how to track down... Hoping for some expert opinions :)

 

Every couple of days my system will loose all network connections. It will stay connected to WiFi, but nothing will work. Applications won't connect, pages won't load in the browser, my Plex network is unreachable, etc. The odd thing is that local services won't connect to localhost in my browser either.

 

I know this isn't a router issue. I recently moved and got an entirely new router and network setup, but the issue still happens. The only thing I could think of was that PIA was causing an issue, but after uninstalling the issue still persists. Only a full system restart will fix this.

 

Any ideas? This has been driving me nuts for two months now.
