This looks like the thing I was always looking for in a NAS. Simplicity at its best.

I want to know, is there something like this? I know about the Helios4.

 

I believe that these setups only come in the big plastic things... Synology, QNAP, etc. Where the SATA connectors are built into the board.

 

If I could have something like this, everything would be golden. An open source CPU would be even cooler...
