What's SSync or seperate sync?

I'm finding a good budget gaming monitor that's less than $200 and came across a viewsonic monitor that has Ssync???

Is it on par like with gsync or freesync?

why not just grab the AOC 2460GX? or whatever the 24,5 inch model is called. 

 

also im pretty sure its not like adaptive sync.

I live in the Philippines and apparently that model is not being sold here

there is a cheaper (and older) 24" model being sold. but honestly, just grab any ~24" 144hz freesync monitor. most monitors use the same panels anyway.
