No display output after CPU overclock

I put my base speed 1 mhz higher. I started my pc and it got stuck on the windows startup screen (Blue logo with the black background startup screen). After 5 minutes I decided to restart and now I don't even get the BIOS message, my graphics card, nor my integrated graphics thing responds.

 

 

System: AMD-A10 7890K

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

Motherboard: MSI a68hm Grenade

 

What should I do?

Turn off the system, shut off your PSU, remove the battery from the board for 30 seconds, put the battery back in, and boot up.
