Graphics Card Possible Issues

Hey guys, I have just recently built my new PC and it's a powerhouse, but I get like no frames. I'm getting 100-120 frames with a EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 and a Intel I7-9700K CPU. I also couldn't install the Nvidia grpahics card driver, and one of my ram sticks didn't work, so I'm running on 8 GB of ram. What is the problem?
