Need some expert input

I'm upgrading my PC and need some input, this is what I'm buying...

 

I've got a RTX2080Ti for the GPU. 

 

Is this the "best-in-class" that I can buy? What changes would you recommend? (please recommend something from Amazon.ca as I live in rural Canada and don't have access to the great shops in the city)

 

I will be using it for gaming and some 4k video editing (I'm not a professional video editor)

I was also toying with the idea of going with an x299 setup with a Intel Core i9-9900X which should fall in my budget but it seems that the X299 mboards from ASUS (<C$500) are not that great.

Wait for another 12ish hours.. AMD is giving the keynote opening for Computex in about 11 1/2hrs and are expected to announce there new Zen 2 CPUs and are widely expected to launch in July. Hopefully we get some real hard numbers and facts about them beyond a quick cinebench run like we got at CES earlier this year.
