When i turn on my computer my keyboard is fine, but after a while ctrl is getting locked,( its getting spammed and i cant make it stop spamming)  and after a while c and v is also locked. This makes pretty much everything impossible to do.

Try booting in safe mode and run something like malware bytes. Could be a virus of some sort

So i think i know the problem, everytime i press ctrl + v for the first time after i turn on pc, it keeps spamming it. So if i press ctrl + v it will just keep holding it in, and make everything impossible to do.

Fixed by finding out my mouse software has binded 2 of the side buttons to ctrl + c and ctrl + v. Without even opening the software for weeks.
