broken rtx 2080

i might broke my rtx 2080 while switiching cases...

when its on load it stays at 2025mhz with oc (same with non oc) then it starts to glitching to 1500mhz~ 2025,1630,1985,1490,2000......it goes up and down every second~ 

is it broken?

throttling too me. What are the temps of your GPU?

with the old case i could go 71-75c max but with this it starts glitching at 65-68 (can this be solved with a new thermal pad ? it was little dirty when i looked today. also little ripped on the vram side)

i already tear it down 1 month ago for g12 bracket..

1515-1920mhz always~~ 63-64c rn i put 2 fans + g12 fan to blow to the card still happening..updated bios, cheched update from nvidia experience, checked gpu power cable no problems:/ is there another issue that can cause this ? maybe gpu pins to the mobo can scratces at pins cause this ? also today i took the aio out from gpu to changes orientaion of the pump and plugged back in without repasting gpu core can that cause it also ?

If you want to be sure, just clean the ‘old’ thermal paste off and redo it (make sure it’s nicely spread out everywhere) and then check if that helped the ‘throttling’. No guarantee it will help but always worth a try

Sucks you are in Belgium. Not sure of the warranty laws but here in the US the FTC ruled it unlawful to deny a warranty claim for users disassembling the product.
