windows 10 stuttering

Hello,

So I'm having this problem with my pc lately. Works just fine except some moments when it just stutter. Doesn't matter what am I currently doing. Watching youtube, playing a game or just surfin the web. The stutter always happens and it last for like 20s, which gives me an unpleasant experience using pc. Also when stressed just completely freezes for a couple of seconds. Also the pc that I'm having problems with worked just fine about 14days ago, could easily run games, surf web... which is now struggling to deal with. What could I do to fix all this?

Specs of pc:

i7 8550u 4core/8thread

geforce mx150 / intel uhd graphics 620

8gb ddr4 2400mhz single channel

primary m.2 ssd

second 2.5 ssd
