Is the ud3h good enough for this build, ive seen it before (austin evans build) or go with the sabertooth.

The motherboard doesn't affect performance. you could go cheaper.

Are you planning to sli?

There's little point getting such and expensive cooler for the cpu when what you're doing is gaming.

You'd be better off with an IPS panel.

and the 8350 will be better for streaming, because of the extra cores

IPS has better colors and better viewing angles. Basically, it looks much better than hte average TN panel.
