The motherboard doesn't affect performance. you could go cheaper.

Are you planning to sli?

There's little point getting such and expensive cooler for the cpu when what you're doing is gaming.

You'd be better off with an IPS panel.

Ok ill stick with the ud3h then cause like how it looks has good reviews etc.

I would stream if i wanted to and oc to about 4.4 4.3

 

Benefits of IPS and recommend any good ones for under 200$ or very close to 200$?

Thanks, i havent really considered an AMD build tbh but ill look at this some more

IPS has better colors and better viewing angles. Basically, it looks much better than hte average TN panel.
