solution for cross thread screws?

Is there a way since I cannot remove my crews from the side panel

    MSI B350 PC Mate
  • RAM

    ASUS Geforce GTX 1060 6GB
  • Case

Side panel? Got picture of it?

 

Usually i just put some steel ruler under the screw head to pull it out.

Best you could hope for is drilling out the holes further and using something called helicoils. Basically a threaded insert:
