My Computer is not posting

i have recently decide to update my PC component but i'm having a bit of trouble with get a post out of it. it just turn's on and then turn it self off no post or video nothing. i have attacked a video of what the computer does.

 

Computer secs:

Motherboard: ASUS M81H-PLUS

CPU: Intel I3 4170

PSU: ATX-500CB 500w

RAM: 2X 8GB DDR3 1600hz

Hard drive: 1 TB Toshiba Corporation

Have you double-checked that you have everything plugged in correctly? What were your specs before the upgrade?

year every thing is plugged in correctly and the secs for old pc are 

Morthborad: ASUS H81M-K/K31ade/DP

CPU: Same 

builtin power supply

GPU: Intel  HD Graphics 4600 

Ram: Same

Hard drive: same

Reseat your cpu. Make sure the cpu cooler is making good contact with your cpu.
