So some of you know from back in November and December that my daughter built her first computer out of some older parts and she loved it.  Fast forward four months and she was asking me if she could update the cooling from an AIO to a custom loop because she wants it to be like Daddy's Rig.  So I gave in this weekend and we did it.  This is the set up:

NZXT H200i

ASRock H270M-itx ac

i3-6100

8GB Corsair LPX 2666 (running at 2133)

Inland Professional 256GB NVME

XFX GTS XXX RX580

To cool it all (no overclocking, obviously):

12v 2700RPM DDC Style Pump

100ml Revervoir

240mm Coolstream PE Radiator

Cheap CPU Block

EK Thermosphere + Heatsinks for the GPU

3x 200RPM Corsiar LL White Fans

Everything looks like it is running perfectly at idle.  The CPU is at 26-29C and the GPU is idling at 23-24C.  Under synthetic load the CPU hits up to 40C while the GPU as soon as it loads up jumps to 84-88C.  I have gone through at double checked the contact of the block and it is good enough and there is a good amount of EK thermal paste put onto the GPU itself.  Is this normal?  The Thermosphere is the first thing in the loop after the radiator and it just does not seem to be cooling once the cards loads up.
