Along witht the upcoming launch of Ryzen 3000 series I will be switching my build into an ITX build.

My first question is which motherboard should I opt for?

https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B450-I-AORUS-PRO-WIFI-rev-10#kf

https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B450I-GAMING-PLUS-AC

Second question is if I were to get a 95w TDP Ryzen 7 3700, https://www.bequiet.com/en/cpucooler/688 would this cooler be enough in a Silverstone SG13 case or should I opt for a R7 3600?

Thanks in advance :)

Edit: the build is mostly for gaming and some light edit, architecture software and photoshop.

That cooler says that it can dissipate 130-150W, so it should be good with a 95W processor.

About the motherboard, i would maybe look into the Asus offerings as well:

I only see your reply if you @ me.

I will be somewhat over my budget if I opt for an ASUS board; regardless of ASUS which one would you prefer?

The MSI and Gigabyte look decent too, i would maybe go for the gigabyte, as i used one of their mini ITX motherboards and it worked fine, and i liked the software more than on my current MSI board.

Also my current MSI board has a really long boot time compared to my previous Gigabyte for some reason, so that should also be considered.

Cheers! :) Do you really think there is going to be much of a difference between 2700 and 3700? Should I just got for 2700 or 2700x when their prices go down after the launch of 3000 series?

There should be a big difference, but if the prices go down far enough then the 2700 should still be a good deal, just like r7 1700 can be had for about 150 now.

I really hope the 3000 series turns out to be massive performance increase.

Yes, I do really hope they can keep up with the performance per watt promise.

Thanks for replying.
