I have fan controller included in my cases. I plugged in my two fans into this, but for the power Im need to plugin "Fan Controller Power" connector which is looks like 4Pin (big pins) Molex. I dont see any this type of 4pin connector on my PSU and also dont see it on my motherboard.

You don't have the plug then. In which case you might need one of these: https://www.amazon.com/12in-Molex-Power-Cable-Adapter/dp/B00GK8SYCW

so it can draw power from SATA and give it to MOLEX? Without it can't use my fan controller?

Correct.

The only thing that would prevent you from doing so is if the fan controller draws more power than what SATA can provide but Molex can. But I don't see that being a problem.

Ok. Looks like case manufacturer don't too much care about you having Molex adapter.

Actually without Fan Controller I cant plugin my front panel fan to the mobo, because itself it just have to short wire to reach the FAN port on motherboard. is it a real issue without playing games?
