Will these windforce GPU coolers fit on my PCB . If so how will I mount them

So basically I have a PNY Gtx 1070ti . And I'm not pleased with temps. I was going to AIO cool my gpu. Until I found these 2 brand new windforce cooler at my home, and I was wondering if they would fit on the PCB of my card. If any of them work I have no idea to mount them on so is there any video. Forum . Or some other thing that would help me . MANY THANKS !
