Thermal Grease and mineral oil instead of water

Why? water has reasonable thermodynamic properties. Have you thought about trying to pushing that mess through a cooler's micro channels, the tubes within a radiator or indeed the impeller of the pump? Sounds like a bad idea to me even if you could manage to get your concoction to cycle (flow) through your loop in the first place you'll never be able to properly clean out the radiator.
